7. Disclaimer and No Guarantee of Results
All styling recommendations provided by UliForm are professional opinions based on expertise and experience. They are advisory in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome, appearance, or satisfaction with purchased items.
Style is subjective. The provider does not guarantee that the client will be satisfied with every recommendation or purchase made based on the consultation. The client acknowledges that:
- All recommendations are suggestions, not directives — the client retains full autonomy over their purchasing decisions
- Results depend on many factors outside the provider's control, including but not limited to fit, personal comfort, and individual taste
- The provider is not responsible for the quality, fit, return policies, or any other aspect of third-party products or retailers recommended during the consultation
- No refund or compensation is owed for styling advice that the client later disagrees with or chooses not to follow
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider's total liability arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. The provider is not liable for:
- Purchase decisions made by the client
- Third-party products or services recommended during consultations
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of styling advice
- Loss of anticipated savings or benefits from wardrobe changes
9. Use of Client Photos and Personal Data
In order to provide styling services, the client may be asked to share personal photographs, body measurements, and other appearance-related information. By engaging the service, the client consents to the use of such data solely for the purpose of delivering the consultation.
Client photos and personal data will not be shared with third parties, published online, or used for marketing purposes without the client's separate, explicit written consent.
For full details on data handling, see the Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to These Terms
The provider may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
