Refund Policy
Effective date: March 11, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all personal styling services offered by Uliana Simonova (UliForm), operating as a private individual under the laws of the Slovak Republic, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Before Service Delivery)
If the service has not yet been provided, you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of the service agreement.

No reason is required to cancel within this period.
3. Services Already Rendered
Once a consultation has been delivered in full, refunds are not available. By engaging in the service (joining the video call, receiving the style guide, or participating in shopping accompaniment), you acknowledge that the service has been rendered and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
If you expressly requested that the service begin within the 14-day withdrawal period and the service has been fully performed, you acknowledge that you have lost your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the service, in accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
4. Partially Delivered Services
If a service is partially delivered and you wish to cancel the remaining portion, a proportional refund may be issued for the undelivered part, at the provider's discretion.
5. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will offer a new appointment at no additional cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can find a resolution. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
